Accessibility statement

We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever way they browse.

1. Reference standard

We take the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our reference. This site aims to meet them, although it has not been audited by an independent third party.

2. What we implemented

• Semantic heading and region structure, so screen readers can move through the page meaningfully.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Colour contrast checked between text and background, in both the light and dark sections.
• Descriptive alternative text on every image that carries information.
• Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference: the header animation and the typing text stop if you have it enabled.
• Labels tied to every form field, and error messages in text rather than colour alone.
• Responsive layout that works with zoom and on small screens without loss of content.

3. Known limitations

The site uses external services, such as the scheduling calendar, whose accessibility depends on their providers and is outside our control.

4. How to report a problem

If you run into an accessibility barrier on this site, write to [EMAIL@YOURDOMAIN.COM] describing the problem and, if you can, the page and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We reply within a maximum of ten business days and work to fix whatever can be fixed.
