Privacy notice

This privacy notice is issued under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published on 20 March 2025 and in force since 21 March 2025.

GMomentum is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data you provide through this site.
2. What data we process
When you complete the contact form we collect:
- Name
- Business or company name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you choose to give it
- Type of business and approximate monthly ad spend
- The message you write describing what you want to solve
If you contact us on WhatsApp, we process your phone number and the content of your messages. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
3. What we use your data for
Necessary purposes
These are required in order to respond to you and do not need additional consent:
- Responding to your contact or review request
- Scheduling and holding the call or meeting you request
- Preparing and sending you a service proposal
- Managing the commercial relationship if you decide to hire us
- Complying with applicable legal and tax obligations
Optional purposes
These are not necessary to assist you, and you may object to them at any time without affecting how we handle your request:
- Sending you content, news or invitations related to our services
- Internal statistical analysis to improve what we offer

4. Consent
By ticking the relevant box and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read this notice and consent to the processing of your personal data as described. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, consent is understood to be given tacitly for the necessary purposes.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or trade your personal data. To run the site and handle your request we use service providers that may store information on our behalf:

These providers may be located outside Mexico. In those cases they act as processors on behalf of GMomentum and under our instructions. We do not transfer your data to third parties for purposes other than those described here without your consent, except where the law provides otherwise.
6. Your ARCO rights
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and what we use it for (Access), to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information (Rectification), to request deletion where you consider it is not required for any of the stated purposes (Cancellation), and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Objection).
To exercise any of these rights, email the address in section 1 with:
- Your name and a means of replying to you
- A copy of official identification proving who you are
- A clear description of the data the request concerns
- Anything else that helps us locate your data
We will respond within a maximum of twenty business days from receipt. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
7. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the same email address. Note that legal or contractual obligations may require us to keep processing certain data for a set period.
8. Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Measurement and advertising cookies only activate if you accept them in the notice shown on arrival. Details are in our cookie policy.
9. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorised use. No system is infallible: if we detect a breach that significantly affects your rights, we will inform you.
10. Retention
We keep the data of prospects who do not become clients for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for as long as applicable tax and legal obligations require.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services, in the law or in our practices. The current version is always published on this page, with its last update date.
12. Supervisory authority
If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may approach the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, which took over data protection functions for private parties following the dissolution of INAI.
